PTO News

WOW!!  The school year is off and running and what a great start it has been!!!  Friday, August 10th was the Kickoff and it was a blast!!!!!!  It was a great night of fellowship and laughter. Check out our Facebook page for some photos from the night.  (Just click the link  above.)

The PTO is making few changes this year that that will help families to stay more connected.  You will be able to see what’s happening and find ways that you can get involved. The only way that we can have a thriving and active PTO is through family involvement. Listed below is how you can get regular updates from the PTO.

  • Our Facebook page. Just click our link above and "like" our page.
  • Through text message. Text @Bethanypt to 81010
  • Through email.  Email

By staying connected in these ways you will be able to stay up to date with what’s going on in the PTO and how you can volunteer.

Speaking of volunteers, we are needing volunteers for Music on the Lawn which is Friday, Sept. 14th. If you can help out with the event in any way, please email Starla Graber at  Music On the Lawn is a fundraiser for the High School band, Orchestra and Concert Choir where they perform in the Friendship garden after a dinner that is here at Bethany. This event helps go toward the student’s expenses for their annual trip.

Mark your calendars...Sept. 6th at 8:00 am - 8:30 am we will meet for our first Parents in Prayer. This prayer group is open to all Bethany families who can attend. We will meet every Thursday right at 8:00 am.

At the Kickoff, we had LOTS of you who took advantage of signing up for BART right there! For those of you who didn't or weren't able to attend please find the Link to sign up through the enrollment & finances tab to your left. You will want to sign and also use it to start saving money right away. One thing that wasn't mentioned Friday night, this year your rebate money will go directly in your child's lunch account UNLESS you specify differently. You are able to use your rebates for tuition or for other things, such as Bethany club, sport or fine arts shirts, uniforms, trips for Bethany, etc. You just have to let Aimee know how you want to use your rebates if you don't want it going into their lunch accounts. You can contact Aimee for any questions at
