One of the program innovations for this school year was increasing the senior job shadowing experience from one day to one week to allow seniors to more meaningfully engage and explore prospective vocations. Each student earned .5 credit by fulfilling course requirements and individual objectives. Students found the week to be extremely beneficial. Adult mentors consistently offered high praise for the program itself and for the effort and learning of the students. Some even offered students ongoing job opportunities!
